This bench was designed by Aldo Leopold the father of wildlife ecology and modern conservation. This is a classic design that has been in use all over since the 40s and 50s. It has a modern and minimalistic look that blends in with any outdoor space. Heavy and strong, these are great around a firepit, throughout the garden, or nestled under a tree for a private place to view nature. Designed so the backrest is a good height to hold your arms with binoculars if you sit in it backward.

Made of solid southern yellow pine and finished with Cabot Australian timber oil. They will last for years to come. Maintenance is as simple as cleaning them and rubbing in a new coat of oil every year or so. It is subtle in the pictures but this one has Honey Teak on the seat and back and Mahogany Flame on the legs.
